Wondrlab Network has unveiled a significant new venture, WondrBridge, in collaboration with Bridgesoul, to spearhead the development and operation of AI-powered Nano and Micro Global Capability Centres (GCCs) for international businesses. This strategic initiative, announced on May 14, 2026, is set to receive a substantial investment of $100 million USD over the next three years, with the goal of expanding its footprint across India, Europe, the United States, and the Australia-New Zealand (ANZ) region. The launch comes at a pivotal moment as the GCC market in India is projected to reach an impressive $100–110 billion by 2030, with the Nano and Micro GCC segment—comprising 10–150 specialists—emerging as the fastest-growing segment, expanding at an annual rate of 15–20%.
Redefining Global Capability Centres with AI
WondrBridge is designed to propel enterprises beyond conventional outsourcing models, steering them towards co-owned, AI-driven innovation engines. Through Joint Ventures and Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) models, the venture empowers companies to internalize their vision, culture, and capabilities. This approach ensures that intellectual property is retained and long-term enterprise value is built via shared ownership. The model facilitates the establishment of high-impact teams within a rapid 4–8 week timeframe, integrating deep engineering, data and AI expertise, cloud and physical infrastructure, and comprehensive full-funnel digital transformation capabilities.
At its core, WondrBridge deploys AI-infused, outcome-driven squads. These teams are anchored in robust data engineering and AI orchestration, incorporating agentic AI to streamline operations and foster innovation. Bridgesoul, a global firm with a focus on technology, trade, and GCCs, was founded by New Zealand technology veteran Rohit Anand. The company operates across multiple geographies, with its consulting arm based in New Zealand. As part of the WondrBridge initiative, Bridgesoul group's New Zealand consulting arm, Redstone Ventures NZ, will expand its Asia-Pacific operations and investments.
