Titan Company Launches 'BeYon,' a New Lab-Grown Diamond Jewellery Brand

The Indian jewelry market has welcomed a significant new entrant as Titan Company Limited, through its House of Titan, officially launched its lab-grown diamond brand, 'BeYon,' on Friday, June 5, 2026. This strategic move marks Titan's foray into the rapidly expanding category of laboratory-grown diamonds, aiming to capture a new demographic of consumers with its contemporary and versatile designs.

Be Yon: Redefining Everyday Luxury

The 'BeYon' collection, developed in creative partnership with Chalk and Chini Creative Services, emphasizes the concept of "everyday brilliance." The brand's philosophy, as articulated by BeYon's business head Shyamala Ramanan, centers on honoring the human desire for adornment without conditions. The 'Y' in BeYon symbolizes "arms raised... in absolute freedom," promising women the liberty to indulge in self-adornment. This ethos is reflected in the collection's design, which encourages layering and styling for daily wear, moving away from traditional occasion-specific jewelry. The pieces are crafted from 14 and 18-carat gold, available in yellow, white, and rose finishes. Prices start at Rs 20,000, with a significant portion of the collection priced around the Rs 1 lakh mark, positioning 'BeYon' as an accessible yet aspirational fine jewelry brand.

A Diverse Collection for the Modern Consumer

'BeYon' debuts with an extensive range of 1,250 lab-grown diamond jewelry designs, with over 800 already available across select Titan Company stores nationwide. The debut collection spans a wide array of categories, including earrings, rings, pendants, necklaces, bracelets, bangles, and nose pins. These pieces feature lab-grown diamonds in various cuts, such as marquise, pear, emerald, radiant, oval, princess, cushion, and half-moon, alongside classic solitaire designs. Titan Company Limited's chief design officer, Revathi Kant, highlighted the creative flexibility offered by laboratory-grown diamonds, stating that the brand aimed not to replicate existing offerings but to explore new possibilities in design. This approach allows 'BeYon' to cater to evolving lifestyle preferences and a growing demand for design-centric jewelry consumption.

Market Dynamics and Titan's Strategic Vision

The launch of 'BeYon' aligns with a broader industry trend and increasing consumer interest in laboratory-grown diamonds. Industry observers note that this segment is gaining traction due to evolving lifestyle preferences, technological advancements, and a shift towards more conscious consumption. Arun Narayan, CEO of Titan Company Limited's jewellery division, emphasized that the Indian market is an "and" market, embracing both natural and laboratory-grown diamonds, occasion wear, and everyday brilliance. 'BeYon' is positioned to meet this demand, offering consumers more choices and reinforcing Titan's leadership in the Indian jewelry landscape. The company anticipates that the laboratory-grown diamond category will play an increasingly significant role in the future of the jewelry industry, and 'BeYon' is their strategic move to capitalize on this growth. The brand's commitment to quality is underscored by the fact that each lab-grown diamond is hallmarked by the Bureau of Indian Standards. The introduction of 'BeYon' is expected to further diversify Titan's product portfolio and strengthen its market presence in this emerging segment.
