In a move to combat soaring summer temperatures, Japanese legacy brand Akai has introduced the NXT version of its flagship Inverter Air Conditioner range in India. The newly launched models include Nilgiree, Kaashmir, and Siaachen, all equipped with the latest BEE Rating 2026 for optimal energy efficiency. These air conditioners are engineered to provide robust cooling solutions for Indian homes, even amidst tropical external temperatures.

HMD has expanded its product offerings in India with the launch of the HMD Vibe 2 5G smartphone. Positioned within the competitive sub-Rs 10,000 smartphone category, this device is being marketed as India's first smartphone to feature Indus by Sarvam AI. The HMD Vibe 2 5G is set to go on sale starting May 26, 2026, on Flipkart, with a special launch price of Rs 9,499.
